Already done, the downloaded file extracts fine.

Now all I’ve got is a bit of PATH issue (which was present in 2.4.0 as well). Easy to work around, I think it’s a tcsh vs. bash thing.

That was a bug (well two), which I (think I’ve) fixed but unfortunately it’s for 2.4.1 because 2.4.0 updates are not (easily) available.  I’d recommend just downloading 2.4.1 from the website.

A little bit of digging and Analysis renamed itself from /usr/local/ccpnmr to /usr/local/ccpnmr_2.4.0. I’ll post the traceback right below.
If it help, the file it downloaded that it thinks isn’t a valid gzip file probably isn’t, given that it’s WAY too small.
