Hi All,
I am new to use Relion (1.3) and have some problem with 3D refinement using movie particles.
I did 3D refinement using roughly 90k particles, which looks reasonable.
But when I tried to continue refinement using movie particles, it stops at
"Expanding current model for movie frames...".
Nothing happens even after several hours and I am not sure if Relion is still running. Is it because I have too many particles?
