The Royal Academy of Engineering is holding an event on gaming on 14 October 5.30pm 

From pixels to puddles: engineering the gaming revolution

The first event on this subject at the Academy, From pixels to puddles, will showcase engineering’s contribution to making the games industry one of the most exciting in the UK. The event will feature talks from some of the most exciting talent currently working across the full spectrum of the games industry, with an in-depth question and answer session. These will be followed by a drinks reception and the opportunity to test some of the games currently on the market.  

Speakers include

•	Jamie Shotton, Microsoft Kinect
