Have you looked at Mohawk....

It's the national online benchmarking tool for OH services and supports with local audit. I use this and found it very valuable.......

It covers a broad spectrum of OH activity including clinical aspects as well as turnaround time etc. 

although originally designed for NHS units it is not solely for their use and 25% of users are non nhs. You do not have to complete all the sections - just the ones / activities which are relevant to your services.

The round 5 report will give you an idea on how services are using it. The report is also on the website.
