Plus of course the SEQOHS standards themselves as a useful guide, also FOM ethics guidance.
Kind regards

ThelmaHave you looked at Mohawk....It's the national online benchmarking tool for OH services and supports with local audit. I use this and found it very valuable.......It covers a broad spectrum of OH activity including clinical aspects as well as turnaround time etc.although originally designed for NHS units it is not solely for their use and 25% of users are non nhs. You do not have to complete all the sections - just the ones / activities which are relevant to your services.Have a look at the website....The round 5 report will give you an idea on how services are using it. The report is also on the website.Hilary
Sent from my iPadBearing in mind i am intentionally protecting confidentiality, our occupational health service is flawed in so many ways and understaff. I am new to the service (4 months). I need to make recommendations for change but i require assistance from experienced colleagues who has implement change and how they did this. I am keen on SEQOSH, audits, benchmarking etc on all aspects of OHS service provision.Hope this is clear enough .RegardsThelma******************************** Please remove this footer before replying. On 5 September 2014 19:07, Sharon Naylor <[log in to unmask]> wrote:******************************** Please remove this footer before replying.---------- Forwarded message ----------******************************** Please remove this footer before replying.
