A posdoctoral position is available at the State University of Morelos in Cuernavaca in the Center of Chemical Research (www.ciq.uaem.mx) México to work with the groups of Prof. Margarita Bernal and Prof. Ramón Hernández on projects related with the spectroscopy and dynamics of:

a)    dihalogen molecules in aqueous media: clusters, solution and clathrates.

b)    oxygen: from clusters to condensed phases.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong background on molecular dynamics simulations, able to develop tools and routines aimed at the analysis of the specific characteristics of these systems. Familiarity with electronic structure methods is considered as an important added value.

The position will be open starting on january 2014 for one year with possibility of extension for a second year.
