Subject: Ideas for WGs for Geospatial IG

Dear All,

The Urban Quality of Life WG session (led by Chris Pettit, Max Craglia and other colleagues) on 22nd Sep (11:00-12:30) might be of interest to those of you who are doing research in Urban studies.

The case statement and details of last meeting in Dublin at https://rd-alliance.org/group/urban-quality-life-indicators/case-statement/urban-quality-life-indicators-wg-case-statement

I am esp. looking for ideas on WGs for Geospatial IG (esp. looking at Environment, Transport data) . So, if you are interested, please let me know.

For Working Groups, the main requirement is to have clear deliverables within 18 month timeline, so the best way is to tie them to existing projects for example.

Details at https://www.rd-alliance.org/groups/group-process-procedures.html

So if you think this is of interest , please get in touch, and I will be pleased to work with you to plan ideas for a WG proposal which we can submit to the Council/TAB for review.

Best wishes,

Suchith
