It's one week to go until *Survival of the Fittest*, the next in a series
of events by London Museums Group, delving into the Arts Council goals.

We have a few places left for this *free event*, book your place at

*Survival of the Fittest* explores Goal 3 - 'The arts, museums and
libraries are resilient and environmentally sustainable.'

*Thursday 18 September*
*1-6pm*
*Southbank Centre*

*Nick Poole*, Chief Executive of Collections Trust addresses financial
resilience, adapting to change and gives us an insight to the world's most
long-lived companies and how they do it.

*Sholeh Johnston*, Arts Manager at Julie's Bicycle will discuss the
business case for putting environmental sustainability at the heart of the
cultural sector, and share results from the 2014 Sustaining Creativity
Survey on attitudes and actions taken by museums.

*Shân Maclennan and Chloë Bird* from Southbank Centre give an insight into
the contributing factors that support Southbank Centre's resilience,
including partnerships and the building's heritage.

The event will include an open panel discussion, free lunch and a
networking drinks reception.
