Great I put all blipup and then blipdown in one single 4D file and I get eddy: msg=These data do not support least-squares resampling I do have 132 (66*2) I try to separate bilpup and bilpdonw in the --imain argument (like in topup) but eddy does not parse it correctly --imain=4D_dwiAP.nii.gz,4D_dwiPA.nii.gz Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image 4D_dwiAP.nii.gz,4D_dwiPA May be the option is not fully operational ?
