Hello,
Is the file location ( /home/kay/Documents/visverbmem/visverbmemsliceorder.txt ) on your local disk? Are other unix commands able to access the file if the full path is used? e.g.

more /home/kay/Documents/visverbmem/visverbmemsliceorder.txt

Kind Regards
Matthew

Hey,

That's strange, I checked the file several times, including with the more command to view it directly on the terminal and those lines did not show up there. I'm not sure why they'd be showing up for you. The file was created by just typing the number and pressing enter between each line do the extra spaces should not be there. I'm using FSL version 5.0.7 and FEAT version 6.00.

Thanks,

Kay

Hello,
What version of FSL are you using? Your file is has a blank line inbetween each data value which some versions of FSL may have an issue with.

Hey,

Thank you so much for helping! Attached is the text file used for slice order.

Thanks!
