Hello, I've just run a higher level FEAT analysis with a 2x2x2 within subjects design ANOVA. My three factors are: A (low/high) B (easy/hard) C (normal/interrupted). I ran my model and have the following outputs: main effect of A, B, C and interactions for AB, AC, BC, ABC. In terms of output, how would I go about conducting post-hoc tests to see which of the conditions effected the patterns of brain activation? Cheers :)
