Hello,
I just wanted to make sure that I am using probtrackx correctly.
I would like to track the basolateral amygdala to the ventromedial prefrontal cortex.
I have defined the basolateral amygdala as my seed mask, the vmPFC mask as both the waypoint mask and the termination mask, and the centromedial and superficial amygdala subregions as my exclusion mask as I don't want the mask to pass through these voxels.
Does this seem like an appropriate set-up?
