Hi FSL Experts, I have a question regarding the threshold 0.95 in tbss_fill. If I used the following command line " tbss_fill tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat1 0.95 mean_FA tbss_fill" is the threshold 0.95 related to thresholding the results at p<0.05 OR just to visualize the results as thin or thick shape.
