Dear FSL experts,

 

A very fool question:

I am trying to re-run my MELODIC analysis with more subjects. I didn´t have any problem during the first time, but now I get the following error:

FATAL ERROR ENCOUNTERED

The data is already preprocessed and I am doing exactly the same that I did in my previous analysis, but I still have the same message.

I tried to change the analysis, ran it with less subjects, change small parameters, check the images… still, the same error message.

 

Any advice will be more than welcome!
