Dear FSL experts, I am new with FSL. I have got some interesting results regarding FA indices and I would highly appreciate your expert advice. I have measured FA, MD, AD and RD indices from a mask for every individual participant. I have found that FA values are normal between groups whereas MD, RD, and AD values are statistically significant lower in my patient's group...any idea about how interpret this? -- Carla Smith
