Dear FSL experts, When I have tried to save my design.con and design.mat generated with the Glm...it appeared a warning: my model is rank defficient.... I think this is because one of my groups have the same score for one cognitive test but the other not. How can solve this?, it is not possible to run randomise with this model in order to see if there are significant correlations? Yours sincerely, Rosalia.
