Dear All,

There is an problem I have never met before. When I use relion to run ctffind3 , I can not get the CTF values. And the output information seems really strange:"word too long". What does that mean? The date I test in another PC runs very well!

The details are as follows:

 to estimate CTF parameters for the following micrographs:

  * mrc/14_4.mrc
  * mrc/16_2.mrc
  * mrc/16_4.mrc
  * mrc/raw.mrc

How could I fix this problem?
