We are currently engaged on a major project to re-catalogue over 8,000 title deeds. A large proportion of these arrived here from solicitors offices via the good offices of the British Records Association.

We would be interested in knowing whether repositories generally catalogue these as records of the solicitors or as personal/estate papers and the pros and cons of each approach.
