Dear Colleagues, We are recruiting a Post-Doctoral scientist for 2.5 year. The post is BBSRC HAPI funded, based in Dundee Scotland, and is aimed at developing new methods for imaging plant roots and nematodes in novel Transparent Soils. The successful candidate will develop and experiment with live imaging systems, combining transparent soils and 3D imaging (OPT, CLSM, SPIM) to obtain 4D datasets of roots and nematode activity in soil.
