Position: Project Lead - Statistical Programming
Location: South East of the UK
Salary: Competitive

My client is a top 20 global pharmaceutical company situated in the South East of the UK. They are currently seeking a Project Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

Within your role as the Project Lead, you will lead teams of statistical programmers on high-profile projects while overseeing the implementation to ensure efficiency. You will also be required to conduct reviews on activities to make certain that the company remains within the regulations throughout the study.

The main responsibilities of the Project Lead position are:

  *   Networking within the department and with external individuals to maintain a relationship
  *   Providing support to achieve project goals
  *   Lead using technical experience and initiatives with a programming and reporting focus
  *   Maintain the level of responsibility among team members
  *   Effective communication within teams
  *   Enhance the collaboration of the team's viewpoints
  *   Work with the team to motivate

My client is looking for someone with the following:

  *   Extensive SAS experience, with the readiness to educate other members of staff
  *   Experience with systems, such as UNIX
  *   Good understanding of CDISC/SDTM and ADaM
  *   Interaction with other functional areas, making recommendations where appropriate
  *   Process and manage big projects into suitable tasks
  *   The skill to recognise and action potential problems in the projects
  *   Industry awareness
  *   Manage department timelines

Requirements:

  *   BA/MSc in science related degree
  *   Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, dealing with clinical data
