The Marketing and Communications team is looking for a proactive, experienced and passionate Digital specialist who can use their expert knowledge to improve Leeds Trinity University's website www.leedstrinity.ac.uk<http://www.leedstrinity.ac.uk/>. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with a passion for problem solving. You will regularly report and make recommendations to staff at all levels of the organisation on our website progress and ranking. You will also regularly liaise with colleagues from across the institution to build an understanding of all digital activity (web and social media) being undertaken at a university-level. You will thrive at working independently, as well as with key stakeholders from around the University. You will also be expected to work closely with various agencies, Marketing and Communications staff, academic and support staff. You must be confident at delivering training, and helping non-experienced staff to understand the concept, implications and importance of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, and will be a skilled online copywriter able to maintain a consistent brand tone of voice. We are looking for a team player who takes a flexible, organised, collaborative and innovative approach to their work. Hours of work will be 35 hours per week, normally 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid break for lunch each day. The postholder will be expected to work flexibly and as necessary for the performance of the duties of the post, subject to a minimum of 35 hours per week.
