I’ve attached a plot with Atlas Site Status Availability for July (which is used for data distribution).

The sites with availability <90% are Bham and RALPP. 

The status can be changed in a special circumstance (such as a natural disaster or something similar that negatively affected your site) and a site can ask for corrections until 10th day of the month!
