smurf: Update list of CSO fits.
I updated the list with a fit for 20140827 due to WVM spikiness (and
will be updating the list of nights that fits should be used preferntially).

Smurf: Update list of nights WVM is unusable.
I added 20140827 to the list of nights the WVM should not be used as it
was showing a period of heavy fluctuation for several hours.
