Yes, although you might then have to convert mm^3 into voxels to get an impression of the results. For example I have the impression that some people tend to go with mm^3 in the context of VBM, as the numbers are larger ;-) A cluster with 50 mm^3 might sound large, but it's just slightly above 6 voxels with a size of 2x2x2 mm^3.
