Dear Spenserians and Friends of Spenser,

Just a brief reminder that abstracts for the Fifth International Spenser Society Conference, “The Place of Spenser / Spenser’s Places," are due September 15.  You can submit abstracts and panel proposals online at www.spenser2015.com. 

The conference will be held June 18-20, 2015, at Dublin Castle, with an optional trip to Kilcolman Castle and related Spenser-sites scheduled for the 21st.

In addition to plenary talks by Anne Fogarty, Helen Cooper, and Jeff Dolven, conference highlights include lunchtime walking tours of nearby museums with world-class collections (National Museum of Ireland; National Gallery of Ireland), as well as the chance to explore related exhibits and special collections in nearby institutions (Royal Irish Academy; Trinity College Dublin; Marsh’s Library; Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland; University College Dublin).
