Hi Emerson Obviously its rather a broad topic and I couldnt be certain of covering the aspects that you are most interested in without a bit of further information about your situation. Rather than try to catch everything in an email I'd be happy to talk with you off-list to share any knowledge or experience that might be useful to you. I'm happy to extend the same invitation to anyone else out there who is interested in hearing a little more about what we have been doing. Obviously I am not suggesting we have all the answers, or have a 'perfect solution' (whatever that might be!) but am happy to to compare notes and point out a few lessons learned along the way. Folks working in the HE sector whose institutions are members of UCISA might be interested to know that I am running a webinar next Wednesday http://www.ucisa.ac.uk/groups/cisg/Events/2014/webinar.aspx which will cover some of these same issues. The webinar itself will only be open to members but hopefully there may well be a recording of it which will be made more publicly available afterwards.
