Dear VoYS members

Have you seen the VoYS spoof diets project? Thanks to all of you who put in a lot of hard work looking at evidence for diets and showing that fad diets can drown out sound diet advice.

So far, over 700 people have taken the quiz, which shows just how hard it is to identify bogus diet claims – and why it’s always important to Ask for Evidence.
