The RCN is seeking a Library & Archives Service Manager who will be responsible for leading the service’s commitment to a high quality experience for members and the public.

This key role will:
• Provide strategic leadership of and develop our online and physical visitor facing services including customer services, information services, and audience engagement activities;
• Jointly manage the Library and Archives team, ensuring you find new ways to support their professional development

Location: RCN UK HQ, London

Salary: £52,827 per annum inc Inner London Weighting
