Hi We are planning a survey to send to staff (both hospital and community) about any barriers they encounter to receiving training (distance, time etc) and ascertain what we can do to remove them. Principally we are looking at training in library resources such as databases etc. Rather than just reinventing the wheel has anyone done a similar survey and be willing to share and also what they have done to address the issues they face in helping staff gain access to training. Any help greatly appreciated.
