Hello,

*** Apologies if not of interest***

I am completing my MA dissertation on the use of hashtags within the Twitter microblog environment and I am looking for just another 20 Twitter users to complete my survey. The survey consists of 23 questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete. I am interested in the views of all Twitter users that make use of hashtags (both to search and to attach to tweets).  Please complete the survey, even if you hardly post and only search.

The survey can be access here:

http://www.sogosurvey.com/k/TsRSQWQsRsPsPsP

If you have five minutes I would appreciate your views.

All participants that complete the survey and leave an email or Twitter handle will be entered into a raffle for cash prizes. Any contact details received for the raffle will be deleted after September 1st 2014. I will not share any personal information with 3rd parties.

I am happy to share the results of the survey. If you wish to receive a summary of the results please email a request to this email address. All I ask in return, is that if you are a Twitter user, to please complete the survey.

Thank you for your time,
