Dear FSL experts,
I am dealing with a problem. I am trying to run dual_regression again in my data for another IC. This data is "old"...and I am working with it with other path that the initial one. For this reason, I have gone to .filelist file in order to change the path to may subjects accordingly to the actual path I have now. Well, after doing this, I am trying to run dual_regression unsuccessfully. When I run dual_regression script, as usual, it only runs dual_regression for just one subject and only arrives at dr_stage2 level, without doing permutations....
Important information:
1. Error that appears in the shell:
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/home/rosalia/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO/aag_c/aag_c_..ica/reg_standard/filtered_func_data’: File exists
2. I have activated dual_regression typing chmod a+x dual_regression (in the folder where it is the script)
3. I am trying to run dual_regression in the folder where it is the script, design.con...etc...for XX_IC...so the call is: ./dual_regression XX_IC.nii.gz 1 design.mat design.con `cat .filelist` (this command has always worked perfectly)
4. I attach the .filelist file in order you can see how are organized my subjects (n = 27)
5. The organization of my directory:
rosalia@rosalia-PORTEGE-Z930:~$ cd /home/rosalia/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO
rosalia@rosalia-PORTEGE-Z930:~/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO$ ls

rosalia@rosalia-PORTEGE-Z930:~/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO/aag_c/aag_c_..ica$ cd /home/rosalia/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO/aag_c/aag_c_..ica/reg_standard/
rosalia@rosalia-PORTEGE-Z930:~/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO/aag_c/aag_c_..ica/reg_standard$ ls
bg_image.nii.gz filtered_func_data.nii.gz reg stats
filtered_func_data mask.nii.gz standard.nii.gz
This is the exact organization for every subject....where reg_standard is a folder that contains three empty folders (reg, filtered_func_data, stats) and four images: bg_image, filtered_func_data, standard, mask.
When calling dual_regression...it only arrives at second stage with the first subject: aag_c and it appears the following:
rosalia@rosalia-PORTEGE-Z930:~/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO/aag_c/aag_c_..ica/reg_standard$ cd /home/rosalia/Desktop/MELODIC_ESPECTRO/aag_c/aag_c_..ica/reg_standard/filtered_func_data/
