Hello, I am using MELODIC for the ICA, but I would like to do seed-based analysis in order to compare with the ICA result. Is there seed-based analysis tool in FSL? From the FSL wiki page, I could not find any tool related to the seed-based analysis. Please let me know if there is FSL seed-based analysis tool. Thank you for your help. Regards, Seul
