Dear FSL experts, I have been trying to process the DTI data using the DTIFIT. However, I am getting the error message " Couldn't open the matrix file for bvecs and bvals. must be either 3xN or Nx3". Since my bvals file is already in the 3XN format, I really couldn't figure out why its giving me this error message, please see the word doc attachment. I'll really appreciate your help.
