Dear all,

 

Attached are the templates that I have received of all the studies participating in the E3 Consortium.

Missing info has been highlighted in yellow. Please update the information on your study for the missing and already provided information. This is of high importance since the template will be used for the publication describing the consortium.

 

If you are missing your study, you are welcome to add this to the template.

 

One new question was added to the template: If a study is still ongoing, when will the planned follow-up start? (highlighted in green)

We would also like you to indicate how many participants have data per variable. Please choose one of the next options for all variables:

 

e.g. Smoking in all participants	e.g. Smoking	X
e.g. Smoking in > 75% participants	e.g. Smoking	X
e.g. Smoking in 25-75% participants	e.g. Smoking	X, subset
e.g. Smoking in 25% participants	e.g. Smoking	X, some
