Visiting Assistant Professor –Economic Geography
The Department of Geography at Bucknell
University invites applications for a sabbatical replacement Visiting Assistant
Professor position for the spring semester 2015. PhD or ABD in Geography is
required and some teaching experience is essential.
We are seeking a human geographer able to contribute courses in economic
geography, with an additional focus on questions of development and
sustainability globally. Teaching responsibilities are two sections of Economic
Geography and one of Third World Development. We are especially interested in
candidates whose teaching will contribute to the department's commitment to
diversity and academic excellence.

and cultural ecology, and nature-society relationships. Teaching
responsibilities are two labs and one lecture of Human Impact on the
Environment, and Human Ecology. We are especially interested in candidates
