Dear CCPNMR users,

In my project I have got a problem with branching side-chaings; valines Hg/Cg and leucines Hd/Cd.

My molecular system consists of two identical domains with identical chemical shifts. Thus, every peak is assigned to two spinsystems. In the quality report window every valine Cg and every leucine Cd is marked as “multiple 1H bonds”. To my knowledge there is no obvious assignment error since valine Cga is bound to Hga and Cgb to Hgb without mixing. The same is true for the leucines Cd/Hd pairs. This assignment problem also affects TALOS export since two valine Cg would have the same name CG1 and export is cancelled.

How can I fix the side-chain assignment?

I am using analysis 2.4.0 on linux.

Thank you in advance

Christina
