Greetings and apology for an off topic query. may request you all to kindly share with me a conventional protocol, by which i can calculate a total Glutathione content (oxidized + reduced) in an in-vitro reaction set up. 

all i find over internet are kit-based methods, which turns out to be quite expensive for couple of reactions i would like to do.
