I am quite new to this list, but I wanted to let you know that I am working on an application that focuses on the role of language and environment (see attached project application).
The attached paper refers to a new AHRC funding scheme:

This funding schemes aims to promote projects that work with non-English languages (modern languages). I have formed an interdisciplinary research group at the University of Leicester and have established some
contacts with universities overseas. However, I am looking for partnerships in the UK. The call is open to all disciplines, but, as I have mentioned, these projects need focus on languages/cultures other than English.
I am wondering if there is anyone who might
be interested in this proposal?
