Integrated Bayesian approach to investigate genetic pathways in lung disease

Dear All,

A PhD studentship is available at Imperial College London (deadline: Wednesday 10 September 2014) to develop an innovative Bayesian approach investigating genetic pathways that lead to lung disease. This multidisciplinary project will exploit genome-wide data from international consortia and integrate it with knowledge from both experimental lung models and genomic information retrieved using bioinformatics tools. For details please see: http://www1.imperial.ac.uk/nhli/training/postgraduate_research_nhli/studentships/#Cosetta

Best wishes,
Cosetta
