My client is a top global CRO currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their team of Statistical Programmers from various locations around the UK, also offering home-based. The individual that my client is looking for will have strong inter-personal skills with experience of leading others.

The role of the Team Leader will be:

Contribution to the design of management
Involvement in taking on and training new staff
Managing aspects of the project, such as budgetary and time constraints
Continual management throughout the project, from design to analysis
Manage multiple projects in capacity of lead statistician

The requirements for the role will be:

Educated to MSc or PhD level in a related subject
Have exceptional statistical skills and knowledge of clinical trials
Experienced in using SAS as a programming database, as well as others
Ability to manage own work load as well as simultaneously managing the work load of the team
Flexibility when prioritising
Experience in the design and analysis of a trial
Able to mentor or train other employees where appropriate
Managerial skills evidenced through project or study lead experience
