Dear Colleagues,
A pharmacist has queried our target range for phenytoin of 5 - 20 mg/L.
Apparently this is at odds with a local guideline of 10 - 20 mg/L (and the Roche kit insert) and I have been asked to provide evidence to back up our range.
A brief glance at Mike Hallworth's and Ian Watson's book suggests our range reflects more up to date study evidence.
However, I have been able to locate a reference.
Could someone help point me towards a source.
Thanks
