Hi SPM Experts, I am doing preprocessing of longitudinal data(collected at 2 time points) using VBM8. My aim is to find out the changes in grey matter density(With in One Group). In the manual provided by respected Dr. Christian Gaser, he used SPM8 DEFAULT NORMALISATION. But I want to do DARTEL normalisation, because I studied in SPM8 manual Dartel Normalisation is good. So shall I try this option. or I should proceed only with SPM Default Normalisation. Thanks, chaitanya
