Dear Experts Assume that I want to perform a first level GLM analysis on fmri data.Could you please tell me whether I should apply the mask(i.e brodmann3,4) before the analysis(on my preprocessed data) or after the analysis(on beta maps)? I tried both of approaches.However,there is a slight difference on the resulted image for each approach. Regards Mahsa
