Hi Andy,

one possibility is to use "The Thalamus Atlas" described in these publications:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=krauth%5Bauth%5D+AND+thalam*%5Btitle%2Fabstract%5D

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22700756

The authors may provide you with the ROI you are looking for.

Best wishes,

Giulio

Dear all,

If I wish to make a ROI at specified thalamic nuclei, what maps/tools can I use?
WFU pickatlas or Julich Anatomy do not divide thalamus into its nuclei.
Thanks for advice!

Best,
Andy
