Subject:            DAWG Forum in Washington, DC, on January 10, 2015

I am writing to inform you that the planning has begun for a DAWG Forum on Pavement Performance Data Analysis that will be held in Washington, DC, on Saturday, January 10, 2015, and to ask you to include the Forum in your personal schedule if you plan to attend the 94^th TRB Annual Meeting.

Additionally, this is the first “call” for abstracts.  The formal announcement and abstract form are attached.  The agenda is currently vacant, and will be filled by those abstracts that best conform to the DAWG’s minimal requirements listed on the form.  There is no deadline for receipt of abstracts, but you risk being too late if the agenda fills before you send yours in.

Please plan to attend the DAWG Forum and the Annual Meeting by scheduling your travel so that you arrive in Washington in time for the Forum’s start at 9:00 a.m.  I realize that this might necessitate your arrival in Washington earlier than you would otherwise plan, but I am certain that you will find this extra effort highly worthwhile.
