Carmen, it's up to the participating universities in edX how they license their materials.
TU Delft is the only one that I'm aware of (or that I recall right now) that's stated their intent to release their courses and materials with a Creative Commons license.Spot checking one of their courses, it's licensed: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Netherlands License.
