Hi Bev
We are very fortunate to use a screening tool/set of questionnaires designed by a Psychologist who works with several police forces. This is subject to risk assessing the role using criteria determined by the nature of the psychological risk factors.
Happy to discuss further if you would like to contact me off line.

Hi, Bev

I use PHQ-2 for depression, GAD-7 for depression and have used the hospital depression and anxiety scale for anyone.

Afternoon,

Can anyone recommend a screening tool suitable for a one off (or annual) measurement of psychological wellbeing/anxiety/depression for staff working at a high performing level? It would be administered by a nurse who is not a mental health specialist for the purposes of signposting where indicated.

Looking for something that others have experience of using and which they find works well in an OH setting.

Thanks

Bev
