Hi Jan

Although I don’t get as many enquiries as a museum service, some still find their way to my desk.

No I don’t charge for enquiries from the public, or researchers for that matter, but if they require any analysis on their find I will point out that we reserve the right to charge for using the kit and point them in the appropriate direction.

Cheers

Vicky

Subject: Charging for enquiries

Hi All,

Just doing a bit of research.

Does anyone charge for enquiries from the pubic? Not researchers, or press/TV, just people bringing in specimens for curators to look at?

Thanks all,

Jan
