You need to have the reference manager database files open and choose
RIS format to download, simple as that.

Hi

Please does anyone have any information to hand which we could pass on
to help an enquirer who is having difficulty downloading HDAS results
into Reference Manager?

We do not have access.

Yours... in hope!
