Hello,

I am running dual regression and I included a design and contrasts, so it is now running randomize on my subjects, Howerver, when I look in my output directory it has not created dr_stage2_ic####.nii.gz files.

Is this because I included a design? because these files are needed if I want to run specific ICs only or multiple instances of randomize.
