Dear FSL Experts,

I have two group Comparison, Fallowed by TBSS, VBM analysis also created Seed ROI based on VBM output. (example 3 Seed)

Now want to do probabilistic_tracking_with_crossing_fibres, I have done with Bedpostx output, the issue are

1. I am using GUI FDT, "Error Massage:- Could not open Image:- nodif_brain_mask in BEDPOSTX
2.Using Terminal 

probtrackx2 -s <basename> -m <maskname> -x <seedfile> -o <output> --targetmasks=<textfile>

I used below step ,

probtrackx2 -s merged_f1samples -m nodif_brain_mask -x 1_VBM_Sphere_mask.nii.gz -o bedpost_ut --targetmasks=<textfile>
Need help in above steps
